Not the way it’s supposed to be

Gen story of the fall.

When I think of Carlos’ life, I think of Isaac.

So much had happened to Isaac from the moment his father Abraham was told to sacarfice him, to the end. The family sagas with. extended family of Ishmael. Happy marriage to Rebekah. The joys and challenges of child rearing. Jacob was more of a home body and able to manage people and buisness well. Esau was an outdoorsman. And Isaac could enjoy spor thorugh Esau. then Jacob deceiving him to get the birth right. And the years the brothers were seperated. And to see them come back together and forgive one another.

Genesis 35:27–29 CEB

27 Jacob came to his father Isaac at Mamre, that is, Kiriath-arba. This is Hebron, where Abraham and Isaac lived as immigrants. 28 At the age of 180 years, 29 Isaac took his last breath and died. He was buried with his ancestors after a long, satisfying life. His sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
