Mr. Emerson Perry
God has Intentionally planted you and I
for
“ ‘In him we live and move and have our being’;
as even some of your own poets have said,
“ ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’

The trees purpose was to bare fruit.

It was by nature a fruit tree, so therefore it should have produced fruit.
The Tree was Naked
The tree failed in its purpose

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
I wasted time; now time doth waste me.

Counting time is not nearly as important as making time count.
Time is what we want the most but what we use the worst.—William Penn
The Intercession for the Tree
The Intercession for the Tree
And he answered him, ‘Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and put on manure.
Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
Then if it should bear fruit next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.’ ”
