                        1.  The impossible has happened

                        2.  The boy Jesus was a wonderful child

                        3.   Then how did Mary lose Him?

                        4.   Don't be too hard on Mary.

I.    THE SCENE:

                        A.   She lost Him at a feast, not a fast.

                        B.   Allow Blessings to come between us and Him

                        C.   David leaned on the Lord.

                        D.   Beware in your success.

II.   THE SORROW

                        A.   They looked for him "sorrowing".

                        B.   A genuine backslider is saved.

                        C.   Would you return to the old way of life?

III.   THE SEARCH  

                        A.   They went back.

                        B.   They found Him at church.
