The Prerequisite to the Call
There has to be some type of ground work laid for anything to come to fruition.

Look At Cornelius’s pre-salvation conditioning:

There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,
A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

God had Cornelius to send for Peter to recieved the Gospel and Holy Ghost, while He sent Paul to Ananias to receive the Gospel and Holy Ghost
Note in our text Cornelius had his perquisites in order for he and his family were already (Preped) for the receiving of the Gospel.
In order for the Gospel to have it’s perfect purpose in any one there must be a prepare heart and mind.
Note that even Jesus could not perform any miracles in certain towns because of their unbelief.

We have been calling God to come to our needs but have not performed the pre-needs.
