I.  For the sake of our citizenship

We are aliens and strangers

The Christian is a citizen of heaven.

II.  For the sake of our testimony

The slanderous accusations:

1.  Association with Jews

2.  Cannibalism

3.  Immorality

4.  Damaging trade - Acts 18:21-41

5.  Destroying homes

6.  Turning slaves against their masters

7.  Hatred of mankind

8.  Disloyalty to Caesar

Two words for good:

agathos

good in quality

kalos

lovely, fine, attractive, winsome

Titus 2:6-8

Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. {7} In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness

III.  For the sake of the glory of God
