1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. 2 You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led.

The Spirit of your confession reveals your family position.

Confessions of the Spirit

3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit.

Gifts of the Spirit

There are 3 Lists of Spiritual Gifts in the Bible

1. Gifts from the Lord Jesus Christ

Gifted men given to the body to govern the church is Christ absence.
The gifts of Office.

7 But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 8 Therefore it says, “When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men.”

Christ has gifted his Church with gifted men to hold the offices of the church.

These gifts are listed first in priority and do not change over time.

2. Gifts from the Father

Gifts to carry out the activities of the Body in it’s community and world.
The gifts of Ministry.

6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

3. Gifts of the Holy Spirit

Gifts of the common good of the Body.
Gifts of guidance and care.

These gifts of guidance and care from the Spirit come and go as the Body needs them. These are not permanent gifts.
