Jehovah Lifts the Fallen - 30:1-3

David was in danger of being killed by his enemies, probably because of sin or poor choices.
David praises Jehovah for his help in delivering him from the pit (often referring to death)

Jehovah Restores the Fallen - 30:4-5

David Sings a song of thanks for Jehovah’s restoration and his holiness.

David references Jehovah’s anger
David References Jehovah’s anger and its endurance. This likely points to the idea that God does not like or approve of sin, but is a forgiving God that makes way for restoration.
David speaks of the subsiding of Jehovah’s anger and how joy in his life followed in the morning. Morning in Scripture often references restoration. So, David is stating that while God will definitely respond to sinful living with anger, his goal for his people in that time of chastisement is indeed restoration back to himself.

Jehovah Removes and Restores His Favor - 30:6-7

David had previously trusted in his prosperity and not in Jehovah for his comfort not realizing that it was indeed Jehovah’s favor that had given him peace and contentment.

Jehovah Restoration Results in Praise from the Distressed - 30:8-12

David makes a valid point that Jehovah’s restoration brings praise from the restored. Had death been his fate the dust of his corpse in the grave could not sound forth praise.
David gives credit to Jehovah for his restoration, deliverance, and forgiveness.
David gives praise to Jehovah for changing his mourning into dancing.
David gives glory to Jehovah for his restoration work in his life.
