FALSE OR COUNTERFEIT RELIGION
FALSE OR COUNTERFEIT RELIGION
There are many false or counterfeit religions in the world today. All conceived by satan. Satan has always copied God. Here are just a few ways satan copies God.
God has sent prophets, and teachers to proclaim His Word.
Satan, send false prophets, and teachers to destroy it.
Jesus is the Light of the World.
Satan appears as an angel of light.
God’s Word is Holy, Pure, and True.
Satan twists it’s meaning to serve his purpose.
There is some Biblical Truths in false religions, just enough to hook people. That’s how they become so, appealing.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Galatians
A. Quotes Made By False Preachers:
“You may make some mistakes, but that doesn’t make you a sinner. You’ve got the very nature of God on the inside of you.” Joel Osteen.
“Do good because God wants you to be happy. When you come to church, when you worship Him, you’re not doing it for God, really. You’re doing it for yourself because that’s what makes God happy.” Victory Osteen.
“The devil thought he had had it, the devil thought he had won. Oh they were having the biggest party that has ever been had. They had my Jesus on the floor and they were standing on His back jumping up and down laughing and He had become sin. Don’t you think God was pacing wanting to put a stop to what was going on? All the host of hell was up on Him, up on Him, up on Him. The angels are in agony, all the creation is groaning.” Joyce Meyers.
“I was shocked when I found out who the biggest failure in the Bible actually is…The biggest one in the Bible is God…I mean, He lost His top ranking most anointed angel; the first man He ever created; the first woman He ever created; the whole earth and all the fullness therein; a third of the angels, at least, that’s a big loss, man…Now the reason you don’t think of God as a failure is He never said He’s a failure. And you’re not a failure till you say you’re one.” Kenneth Copeland.
“If you are sad and depressed, that means you’re not believing God.” Gloria Copeland.
“God’s will concerning financial prosperity and abundance is clearly revealed in the Scriptures.” Gloria Copeland.
“I didn’t know the Bible said anything about money. Twenty percent of what Christ talked about was money. You think about it, so does God. Think you need it, God knows it,…The principles of Jesus Christ create your prosperity.” Mike Murdock.
And if you will send me a check for a $1,000 dollars, or make 10 monthly donation payments of $100.00 God will double a blessing for you.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

B. The Top Ten Bible Verses Used By False and Counterfeit Religions.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
This is the signature verse of the prosperity gospel.
It’s used to suggest that God loves His followers and wants them to have every good thing.
Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
“You do not have because you do not ask God.”
This verse is used to bolster “the name it and claim it” part of the prosperity gospel
And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask.
“No one one who has left home or brother of sister or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age.”
Prosperity preachers are known for their emphasis on giving.
“Give $10 and receive $1,000; give $1,000 and receive $100,000.
James 4:
In short March 10: 23 is a very good deal.
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
“He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the gentiles through Christ Jesus.”
Prosperity preachers apply this verse to their misinterpretation of the Abrahamic covenant found in Genesis.
Ga
They read as God promising financial blessing to Abraham’s descendants.
James 4:
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
“Though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.”
Prosperity Preachers read this verse to suggest that Jesus’s sacrificial death affords us temporal wealth.
2 Cor
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.”
In the prosperity gospel context, this verse is read to claim that physical heath is inseparable from spiritual growth.
If a believer were truly faithful enough, he would be experiencing bodily blessings.
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be meat in mine house,
And prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts,
If I will not open you the windows of heaven,
And pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Beloved, I pray that in all things thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be meat in mine house,
And prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts,
If I will not open you the windows of heaven,
And pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse…and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
Prosperity preachers use this verse as a fundraising tool.
It manipulates believers into tithing more by saying God will return favor exponentially.
But he was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities:
The chastisement of our peace was upon him;
And with his stripes we are healed.
He is despised and rejected of men;
A man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:
And we hid as it were our faces from him;
He was despised, and we esteemed him not.
And he is pierced for our transgressions, Bruised for our iniquities, The chastisement of our peace is on him, And by his bruise there is healing to us.
“The punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”
Whereas most Christian scholars see this verse as a prophecy that spiritual wound (Sin) are healed (Overcome) by the atoning work of Jesus Christ.
Prosperity preachers interpret it to mean that abundant faith will result in physical healing.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
This is one of the most misunderstood verses by Christians.
Jeremiah
It’s often used to promise good news, suggesting that God works every seemingly bad situation for our benefit in the not-so-distant future.
Mal
Mal
Isaiah
Isaiah 53: 5
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
“You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
Prosperity preachers misinterpret this verse to suggest that God will answer the prayers of the faithful
Christians praying for financial wealth should consider the words of Jesus Christ from
“It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God.”
36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
All this Feel Good, Health, Wealth, and Do As You Please Prosperity Gospel Sounds great if it was truth.
All this Feel Good, Health, Wealth, and Do As You Please Prosperity Gospel Sounds great if it was truth.
Three Lies of the Prosperity Gospel.
Three Lies of the Prosperity Gospel.
I. It is not the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I. It is not the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is;
The Death
The Burial
The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ
John 14:
The Good News
The False Gospel of Prosperity
It is not of God
It is of man
It is not good news
It is has and will continued to send people the hell.
Joel Osteen’s church averages 43,000 in attendance each Sunday Service. Does not include TV viewers.
2011 estimates 6, 316 people died per hour
105 people died every minute.
2 people died every second.
This fake prosperity gospel is responsible for sending 1,000’s of people to hell everyday.
They prey on the poor, the sick, and the hopeless.
They are more of Inspirational Speakers, than Preachers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
These so, called preacher will have to give account to the Lord for their false doctrine in the end, but at what cost.
Many people are going to hell because of what they preach.
They are inspired by satan, not God.
They are corrupt and think only of money and earthly riches.
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

II. You Are A Good Person.
You Are A Good Person.
None of us are a good.
You say, how do you know i’m not a good person.
The answer, God, He said we are not good.
We have a sinful nature,
Man is evil
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. 15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. 16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. 17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

b. The Bible tell’s us we are not good.
That evil dwells in our hearts, not righteousness.
ii. We don’t have a relationship with God because of sin.
iii. We have to be Born Again Saved by the Blood of Jesus Christ to have a relationship with God.
iv. We have to Repent from are sinful and evil ways.
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
III. Because God is a Loving God, He will not Punish You.
III. Because God is a Loving God, He will not Punish You.
That’s the biggest lie that is taught in the prosperity gospel.
They are partly right.
God is Love,
God is the Creator of all Life.
God is a Jealous God,
God is a Righteous God.
God is a Righteous Judge.
God hate’s Sin in any form.
11 God judgeth the righteous,
And God is angry with the wicked every day.
16 And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.
Jeremiah
b. If you don’t repent and ask for forgiveness of your sins
God will judge you for your wrong doing.
You can say you made a mistake all you want.
It’s sin, and sin is sin and will be punished
No matter what these false preacher, preach and teach.
God has and always will Punish us for our sins.
