Gracious Father in heaven. We pray this morning giving You praise and glory for the glory of Christ and His triumphant church. Lord, may You fill the church with all truth, in all truth with all peace. Lord, where there is corruption in our church body may You purify it! Where there is error, may You direct us!
If we are amiss, may You reform it according to Thy Word! Lord, in the areas where we’re right, may You strengthen us. Lord, where we are lacking, we ask that You would provide it for us. And Lord, where there are divisions, we ask that You unite them.
Everliving God, whose will it is that all should come to you through your Son Jesus Christ: Inspire our witness of Christ to others, that all may know the power of His forgiveness and the hope of His resurrection; who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.
Lord, You sent Your beloved Son to preach peace to those who are far off and to those who are near. May You grant that people within our circles, may seek after You and find You. May You bring them into Your fold dear Lord, May you pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh and hasten the coming of Your kingdom.
Lord God, Almighty and Everlasting Father, You have brought us all here this day. May You preserve our church with Your mighty power. Preserve us in such a way that we fall not into sin, nor be over come by adversity. And in all that we do, Heavenly Father, may You direct us to the fulfilling of Your purpose, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
May You grant that people within our circles, may seek after You and find You. May You bring them into Your fold dear Lord, May you pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh and hasten the coming of Your kingdom.
Lord Jesus, You stretched out Your arms of sacrificial love upon the tree where You bore our wrath. Doing this so that one day all for whom You died would eventually come into Your saving embrace. Therefore, may You cloth us in Your Spirit that we, reaching forth our hands in love, may bring in those who do not yet know You, that they might come to love You & worship You as well.
Lord, we pray this morning for us as a congregation. We pray that a healthy Spirit of Your grace may we sent to us as a church, in that we might truly please You. May You pour out upon us the continual dew of Your blessings. May You grant to us, O Lord, for the honor of our Mediator, Jesus Christ. May all this be done for the honor of Your great Name O Lord! It’s in Jesus’s Name we pray.
