FULL_pt1: Life
[HAVE YOU EVER HEARD] - someone say...
“well, that’s just life”
or “welcome to real life”
As if we’re supposed to accept that life should be disappointing.
NO!
Now, the world will disappoint, but we are no longer of this world, are we?
[PAYOFF] - Setbacks will come, just like with anyone else, but we aren’t just living any life...
The world seeks what we have - Joy, peace, and hope.
[BUT] - This only comes from God… the God of hope!
[ASK] - Are you happy?
No?
You may be seeking what the world seeks.
No?
You may see life as the world sees it.
[STORY] - Archibald Rutledge (American poet) told of seeing a bird build its nest, and then a storm came at night and destroyed it.

Stepping back into the bush, he observed the glimmering birds beginning a new home on the broken tip of the same branch on which the old one had rested.
[PAYOFF] - Fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in the mind - Dale Carnegie
It’s God’s plan that we all have peace and trust him!
Christ said - “look at the birds!...”
() Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not much more valuable than they?
27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life
This is LIFE!

He truly wants us to live an abundant life!

What is your personal motivation?

Wealth?
Happiness?
Or fruit?
[WRITE IT DOWN] - On this “path” there is a Full heart!
[PAYOFF] - What’s in your heart?
For that is what produces fruit in your life?
[TRANSITION] - “Oh, but these circumstances and challenges keep showing up in my life...”
