Has written a couple of books on basketball and I've asked him if he would speak to some of our younger kids who are interested in basketball. So the next time I have a chance to take the kids downstairs Brian has agreed to come down there somewhere. hiding back there That would be interesting.

Is anybody here been late for church? I've been driving to church and realize that they were late and they starting to step on the gas. And you know, we got a speeding ticket. Does that ever happen to anybody here?

This guy was driving to church and he was late. Of course. We stepped on the gas and really wasn't paying attention to everything that was going on. And this great big bunny rabbit just happen to run out in front of his car. And he swerved to avoid hitting it, but he couldn't eat it. Hit it dead-on.

Poor rabbit this pretty little lady drives up and comes to mind season crying. So why are you crying to explain to her? She goes to a car yet? So they can raise it on the rabbit. The rabbit goes back to life and starts running down the road, but it would wait like that.

Have you ever been reading your Bible and all of a sudden? Well this particular scripture. I was reading my Bible and this is probably back in October and it just grabbed my attention.

So this was not a reference today before or after David had done the will of God in his own generation. He died and was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed.

My translation talked about after David had fulfilled the purposes of God. He died he done but he got it ask them to do or whatever. His purpose was and he died. So then I went researching what was King David's purpose did like him as a man after God's Own Heart. Then we know he loves the word of God. He love to worship God a good number of songs. He wrote relate to worship praise and singing to his God. He love the people of God. He was called enjoy being with God's people. He was a great leader. He was a warrior, but I believe the best part of us. That God had for David it was through his lineage that Christ was born.

So, can you imagine if that was your only purpose in life?

What is the name of the donuts? I know I said that the last time that the Bears are very creepy God's first desire before and above anything else is communion and fellowship with him to worship him. I love him. I got to step out on a limb and say that he has his prime purpose for us. is to love God God has so much concerned about her spending time with him then us working for him. We really need to come to a knowledge of how much he loves us and who we are in Christ. The Bible says we are seated in Heavenly places with Christ. And if God had an elevated you and I any higher he would have had to reach to God. We are Saints. I know a lot of people don't like being called Saints. But the Greek word for Saint is hagios. It means the sanctify you mean to be made. Holy so we are Saints.

The world has such a a misguided view of what a saint is. We are his bride purchased with his own blood for his glory. What kind of a marriage would it be if the wife felt she always had to be working to please your husband. When all he wanted to do was have her spend time with him and share her heart with him. So many people especially those caught up in religion. There's soulbound in works and they figure that they always going to be doing and doing and doing and doing good would really get to know him and I'm sure if more people really knew and understood how much God loves them. They would want to. I'm just saying it of those of us. Who were Parents. I mean, my boy is all grown up now, but shortly as a young boy the first thing that they do in the mornings if they come running to you. They want to spend time with you. I want to get up on your lap and hug. You will. Just waiting for you every morning and he just want you he's just waiting. For you to spend time with him. Our second purpose in love in life to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. This isn't working out of our salvation with fear and trembling who is my neighbor anyone who has any and you have the ability to help. first of the family of God

It's only when we truly have a wholesome self-love can be love others as we love ourselves would be fully realize who and what we were before are coming to phasing Christ how broken we were spiritually bankrupt we work and how those chains of addictions and whatever else time of us were broken that two crossed. Maybe then we'll have a real burden to fill the third purpose on our lives and if you can put that scripture up there. The first one is to love God with all of our heart the second one to love our neighbor as ourselves. Then the last scripture if you could put that up there.

the next purpose is to go into all the world. And make disciples preach the gospel.

Go and make disciples of all Nations baptizing them in the name of the father Son. And the Holy Spirit. Our first priority is Abraham asked God to spare Sodom and Gomorrah good Mora you and I need to be pleading with God to save our family members, but it's beyond that you've heard me say that I would love to see someone from every country in the world. Am I going to see someone from this church in every country in the world preaching the gospel?

The Bible says in John 3:16 that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes on him should not perish but have eternal life so it's not just a local.

And to some degree we do have people from certain countries in this church right now. For which I'm so thankful. And we also helped people from this church in directly in Cuba Ministry in Cuba in Africa to Rotom. In India, when Pastor goes to India and preaches to a group of pastors who converted from Islam to Christianity. So we do this church does have a global view we don't have a God is going to take that.

Okay, I'll explain what that's all about. So what does a disciple let me say go into all the world and make disciples.

We need that when we need to be able to share when someone says to you when their world is falling around falling down. What's your hope?

Christians are like tea bags. The true colors comes out in hot water.

The next purpose or the fourth purpose is to baptize new believers. Baptism is an upward assigned to others that they've had an inverter change in their heart. That's total immersion in the water. We are totally immersed into Christ. If you're not been baptized then you need to speak to the pastor. And make it's a note inside of an inward change. And if Jesus felt that baptism was important enough for he said repent and be baptized with the Waters of baptism. I know Janet you might have problems stepping down into the tank. So that's maybe we will pour a bucket of water over your head and walk down into the tank.

The fifth and final purpose is to teach the disciples everything that we've been taught. Lee older Christians have an obligation to take the younger Christians under our wing and teach them who they are in Christ what they've been paired it from Christ. What is expected of them as God's children does I mentioned earlier to show them what they have inherited in belonging to Christ while family and they're responsible. Responsibilities and representing Christ as his ambassadors to the world.

The fact that Harry and Willy are being trained to be representatives of the queen on a local and global scale. They're being groomed. How much more I should were being groomed to represent the one who was king of kings and Lord of lords over all peoples and creation you and I are Billy Graham's in their own, right? We are. We understand God use Billy mightily in reaching the world. But the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but we are at Billy Graham meaning to say we've all been called to preach the gospel call to go to our neighbors at wherever this we've been called to you and I are going to receive the same reward is Billy granted if we are faithful and reaching the lost.
