Welcome!
He is Risen!
The resurrection was Mankind 2.0.
It was the re-boot of humanity.
Christ is called the second Adam in scriptures; in fact, Adam is referred as a symbol or representation of Christ who was yet to come.
In order for God make man in His image, man must be a free moral agent; that is, he must have the right to choose his destiny.
If you can’t say “no”, then “yes” means nothing.
HUMANITY 2.0
Not simply a chance to try again, but an new beginning.
Not WILLPOWER, but rather GOD’S POWER!
Consider the Father’s dilemma; we are damaged by sin, but He still loves us deeply.
Sin is like cancer; it is not a loving thing to ignore cancer, or even worse, celebrate someone’s cancer.
Cancer is a death-force that must be engaged and defeated if there is to be life.
Consider the heart of the Father; He comes down into our sin and confusion, takes on humanity in all it’s chaos and suffering, and makes a way whereby that humanity can be redeemed and restored.
You can’t escape a judgement you won’t acknowledge.
