Come, see the place where he lay. 7  Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. See, I have told you.” 8  So they departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9  And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Greetings!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. 10  Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.” Because He is Risen I. We can live forgiven lives 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 3  For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4  that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures , Our sin is forever buried in the grave of God’s forgetfulness. He remembers our sin no more. Why? Because Jesus is alive. Because He is Risen II. We can live changed lives Romans 1:3-4 3  concerning his Son, who was descended from David according to the flesh 4  and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead , Jesus Christ our Lord, Philippians 3:10 10  that I may know him and the power of his resurrection , and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, Galatians 2:20 20  I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Because He is Risen III. We have a living hope 1 Peter 1:3 3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 1 Corinthians 15:22-23 22  For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive . 23  But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.
