O Magnify the Lord with Me, and let us exalt his name together.
O Magnify the Lord with Me, and let us exalt his name together.
For the Lord is Good and Worthy to be praised.
For the Lord is Good and Worthy to be praised.
Oh taste and See that the Lord is good , blessed are they that put their trust in him.

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Title: Revisting Calvary.
Prayer:
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
It's been almost 19 years since teenagers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed 15 people — including themselves — at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado.
Since then, the Columbine High School massacre has been remembered as one of the most infamous school shootings in U.S. history, and it has even been blamed for inspiring more recent shootings at other schools.
The country had seen nothing like it.
It was the unthinkable at the time, that something of that nature could ever appear.
For weeks there was wall to wall coverage of the shootings, we learned the names of the victims.
Documentaries were made.
Congressional hearing were had.
Blame was passed around From everything from violent videogames to music made by Maryln Manson.
It seemed like for a whole year the country was focused on Colubine Highschool.
If you are old enough you will remember the coverage.
This occurence was new, it had never been seen before.
And it had a deep effect.
But now if we are honest these Mass shooting that take place do not affect the way they used.
They happen at such a frequency that we lose track of the names of the schools, cities we lose track of the venues.
We need read morning New Paper and we are no longer shocked.
The truth of the matter is we have become desentisized.
These shootings happen so often now, that they are now normal.
We are less sensitive to there occurence, and some now are indifferent.
It seems like we are no longer touched, with the feeliings of what our fellow countrymen go through.
But as unhealthy as this is to be numb towards these shooting, I suggest that there is a numbness, that is worse than this.
There is an indifference that is tragic It is customary at this time of year to focus on Death, Burial And Ressurection of Jesus Christ.
It customary for Sermons feature these themes.
For many of us, the fact that Jesus gave died that we might live, and that he rose again, has over and over and over again.
Many know the story, they know the events.
Children Sing songs about how Jesus gave his life for us.
But do we really take it in.
Does Calvary hit us and effect the way it should.
Are our hearts moved in the way that they should be moved, when Our Lord Savior Jesus opened the way for us to be saved.
Do we think about it his sacrfice in our day, do think about his sacrifice when we are at work, is what he did for us on our minds as we go through our daily routine.. Do we think about w do we at heart level understand the depth of love that was poured.
Do we truly fathom , the Words of the Old Testament Prophet Isiah when declares through inspiration about our Savior For he was wounded for our Transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquites.
Have we allowed ourselves to become desensitived to Calvary.
Are we moved anymore.
