Ÿ  Maybe you have found yourself in the some situation; that you feel you have lost it all? You feel that you are alone and helpless to change your situation. There are troubles all around you. Financial, buisness, Family, marriage, health, etc..

Ÿ  Times like these cause a lot of discouragement if you are not prepared for them.

Ÿ  But God is an expert at “coming out of trouble.”

Ÿ  Do you know who suffered the greatest losses in the Bible? You might say the devil!? King David? Job?

But it was GOD! Think about it.

First he lost Lucifer his top ranked, most anointed angel. And when Lucifer fell, God lost 1/3 of his angels. Then he lost the man and the woman that he created; and because he gave them dominion over the earth, when he lost them he also lost the earth too. Thats a lot to lose!

The fact is we do not think of God as a loser, because he turned the whole situation around and became the greatest winner!

Ÿ  You see in fact a loser is only a loser if he stays that way. If he gets back up and goes at it again he only had a setback on the way to being a winner! Practice or defeat?

We have to recognize first of all that the only way out of trouble is God!

Ps 121:1-8

1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

If you want God to be the God of your troubles, then you have to let him be the God of the rest of your life too!

Ps 91:1-16

1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

This is God Speaking

14 Because he have set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he have known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him(you) in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Made Personal

14 Because you have set your love upon me, therefore will I deliver you: I will set you on high, because you have known my name.

15 When you call upon me, I will answer you: I will be with you in trouble; I will deliver you, and honour you.

16 With long life will I satisfy you, and shew you my salvation.

Ps 34:1-22

1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

4 I sought the LORD2, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

16 The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.

21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

22 The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

1. Because he has set his love on me.(Ps 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times..)

2.  Make God your dwelling place, fortress, refuge,(Ps 91:14 Because he has known my name)
