Some things you just can’t do Without

There are so many things that we want, but we can’t have everything in life that we want. There are things that we may never have, but there are things that all men and women cannot do without.

Things, that are impossible to live without.

Without me you can do nothing—John 15:5 It is all to the glory of Jesus Christ, He is the vine, we are the branches.

Ro.4:17a That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.”… NLV

Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. NIV

Without faith it is impossible to please God—Hebrews 11:6—man cannot operate in the natural realm to please God, but must move into the supernatural realm of faith. Faith is not seeing, but still believing. It is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.

Ro 4:17b… This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who brings into existence what didn’t exist before. NLV

Faith without works is dead…is nothing—

James 2:26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. NIV

This isn’t a contradiction of by grace are you saved through faith. It is just the expression of that faith put into action.

You can’t just live in the spiritual realm; you must live in the practical realm too. You have got to minister where people live.

Without love – I say nothing, I am nothing, I gain nothing.

1 Corinthians 13:1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal (I say nothing). 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. NIV

Without holiness no man shall see the Lord—

Hebrews 12: 14 Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord. NIV

This simply means that Christ living in us causes change, the old man vs. the new man, a new creation, all things must become new. Be not conformed to the world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin—

Hebrews 9:22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. NIV

God has put a limitation on man that man has been trying to go around for centuries. Man cannot get his sin cleansed without the shedding of blood. God demanded a sacrifice for sin, and today, that sacrifice is the Lamb of God slain from the foundation of the world.

Psychoanalysis will not do it, denial will not do it, modernizing it will not do it,

1 John 1:8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. NIV

Sin causes us to stop and get stuck in our lives. Try what you may forgiveness only comes through the shed blood of Jesus.
