One in three Americans, (86 million people) suffer from a condition so silent that nine out of ten people with it, don’t know they have it. The condition is prediabetes.
Those between the ages of 40-59, one out of every two has prediabetes.
Those between the ages of 60-74, one out of every three has prediabetes.
If you are age 75 or older, three out of every four have prediabetes.
This present generation is expected to be the first where children live a shorter life span of their parents.
Will we eat from the King’s table?

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.

Genesis 1:29
Are we going to eat like kings or are we going to eat from the King’s table?
Kings don’t cook.
The average American eats out 4-5 times a week, about 18 times per month.
If the majority of your meals come from a restaurant, a drive through, a microwave, a box, a bag, are frozen, or microwavable – you are eating like a king.
Kings drink intoxicating beverages.
If you consume more soda, coffee, tea, or energy drinks per day than you drink pure water - you are drinking like a king.
Kings sit all day.
The average American spends 9-12 hours a day sitting.
Daniel chapter 1:15
Daniel 1:15 NKJV
And at the end of ten days their features appeared better and fatter in flesh than all the young men who ate the portion of the king’s delicacies.
Mark 12:29–31 NKJV
Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is:Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
