Faith is the Victory
Faith is the Victory
“This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.”
Victory does not come at the time the answer comes to our prayers or at the time of manifestation into the physical realm. Victory is not won at the end but before the battle ever begins. Look at Joshua 6:2:
Y el Señor dijo a Josué; “Mira, he entregado a Jericó en tu mano, y a su rey con sus valientes guerreros.” Josué 6:2 |
The victory was won before any action was taken by Joshua concerning the taking of Jericho. This is the nature of faith! Something must happen beforehand for it to be faith. There must be that witness of faith in the heart, the assurance within the believer that God will act according to His word on their behalf regardless of what terms circumstances dictate. Battles are won or lost before an arrow flies in the air.
What things soever you desire when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them. Mark 11:24 |
Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things we hope for, being the proof of the things we do not see and the conviction of their reality (faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses). Hebrews 11:1 |
Believe that you receive in the “now” of faith then you shall have whatever you desire.
Faith sees it before it is seen.
Faith is having it, having the reality of it in your spirit, before you have it become manifested in the natural.
“Having” comes after “believing”.
If it isn’t present tense, it isn’t faith!
