IF IT MATTERS TO YOU; IT MATTERS TO HIM We have a Good Heavenly Father 2 Timothy 2:13   2 Timothy 2:11–13 This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, we shall also live with Him. If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. Die with Him; Live with Him Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I am sure we have all had death knocking at our door in one way or another, literal or even circumstantial. I have had both - life of a drug addict… but also life in His presence. John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. In Christ, what was once dead, now has life and life to the fullest Endure with Him; Reign with Him Ephesians 2:4–6 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, Once a king, always a king - Share the story about the Micaiah the prophet We must stand in confidence of who Heavenly Father says we are, not what our circumstances say Deny Him; He will Deny Us Matthew 10:33 “But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven. This is not a threat, it’s a promise! Because our Heavenly Father is faithful. You can’t earn His faithfulness, but you can deny it. - The two thieves crucified with Christ example Draw near to God and He will draw near to you If We are Faithless, He Remains Faithful Because He cannot deny Himself You matter to Him, because He matters to you. Just accept that He is doing great things, through you and with you. Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. You are doing this… Therefore, IF IT MATTERS TO YOU; IT MATTERS TO HIM Let’s proclaim this in our lives, because we have a faithful Father, who is good, merciful and loving!
