In this series of sermons we are going to look at the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Often His ministry has been considered to be too private and personal among well-intended Christians. Thinking that, has led to all kinds of aberrations about Him. John devotes two chapters (14&16) to Jesus’ own explanation of the Spirit giving comfort and guidance to the disciples who will soon be without Him. What they, and we, need to know is His presence among us in the Holy Spirit. Jesus grounds the life of a believer in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, working glory, joy and peace through Himself. In this passage we look at how the Spirit glorifies Jesus in the world and in our lives.
