Life is an Adventure

V.1-2
This verses are strange haha..
Most agree that Solomon is talking about giving away things to the needy, and you will get a return.
Now, we know that when we bless others, we will be blessed. We won’t see this blessing immediately, but instead it takes time.
Point is the same:
Do something now for a reward that will not be immediately seen.
V.3-4
A farmer who waits for the perfect time to give, won’t ever do it.
There it never a good time to give. If you’re waiting for a better time to give, it won’t come. Do it as soon as you can. If God places it on your heart to give, then do it right then… Don’t wait for something special.
V. 5
God is always up to something, He’s always working.
Just because we don’t see Him working, doesn’t mean He isnt. You need to be faithful and Obedient.
V. 6

Keep giving because you don’t know which seed will sprout. Keep loving because you don’t know which person you show love to might respond and see Jesus in the process. Keep sowing in the morning; keep reaching out in the evening. Don’t give up. There really is no easy time to open your home, to write that check, to give generously of whatever resources you have. But if you’ll do it faithfully, it will return to you in the day of your own trouble.

whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.

V.7
People believe Solomon is saying, “Life is really a privilege. Be thankful for it.”
V.8-9
Solomon is encouraging people to enjoy their young days before they grow old.
Enjoy your youth before the problems that come with age show up.
But, while you are enjoying your youth… You have to be careful.
You will have to answer before God one day.
God wants us to enjoy life, but not sin.
Enjoy life in the will of God and you will have nothing to worry about.
V.10
Privileges must be balanced by personal responsibilities.
Put away anxiety and stay away from the evilness of our flesh.
If we are living in the will of God, we will have the peace of God in our hearts.
Youthful sins lay a foundation for aged sorrows.
