Whenever the ark set out, Moses would say: Arise, Lord! Let your enemies be scattered, and those who hate you flee from your presence.
Scatter is common description of what the Lord will do to his enemies. Babel.

“As for you, you are to prophesy all these things to them, and say to them: The Lord roars from on high; he makes his voice heard from his holy dwelling. He roars loudly over his grazing land; he calls out with a shout, like those who tread grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth.
The Lord is concerned with the oppressed. Children, Women, the sojourner, those whose rights are trampled by the powerful and the rich.
To be pro-life is to from conception to the grave. If RvW was reversed today, we’d still have pro-life issues to fight for and to change and we will until Jesus returns.

Zechariah 2:13 CSB
Let all people be silent before the Lord, for from his holy dwelling he has roused himself.”

The voice of the Lord is great. It is weighty like snow on a mountain.
Again Bashan and Zion are compared. No other gods compare the Lord.
