And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Constant Love(nirantaar)
Constant Love(nirantaar)
“And walk in love..” “Ra prem-maa hi’Da...”
It should be a constant act
As we work
As we eat
As we talk with others
As we buy vegetables
As we walk
As we live
In all things, LOVE!
Sometimes love is easy
When people are kind to us, love is easy
When people speak truth about us
When people love us
When people give to us
In these times, love is easy!
But people are not kind(bhalaai, daya) all the time
People do not always give to us
People do not always speak truth about us
But in these times also, we should love!
A constant love is a love that is never left!
Walk in Love!
A constant love
Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Matthew 5
43 “Timiharule sunekaa chhaau, yo bhanieko chha, ;Timile aaphno chhimekilaai prem gara, ra aaphno shatrulaai ghrinaa gara.’ 44 Tara ma timiharulaai bhandachhu, aaphnaa shatru-harulaai prem gara, timiharulaai shraap dine-harulaai aashirbaad deo, timiharulaai bhrinaa garneharuko bhalaai gara, ani timiharuko badanaami garne ra timiharulaai sataaune-harukaa nimti prarthana gara;
This is “walking in love”
When it is difficult, love
When it is painful, love
When people lie about us love
Always love!
Constant love
Copied Love(nakal garnu, anukaran)
Copied Love(nakal garnu, anukaran)
“...as Christ also hath loved us...”
“...jasari KhrishTle pani haamilaai prem garnu-bhayo...”
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Kinabhane Parameswarle samsaarlaai yasto prem garnubhayo, ki uhaa’le aaphno ek maatra janmaaieko Putralaai dinubhayo - Uhaa’mathi biswaas garne kohi pani nashTa nahos tara usle ananta jiban paaos.
“For God so loved the world...”
“Kinabhane Parameswarle samsaarlaai yasto prem garnubhayo”
Like this...
To do God’s will, we should be like Jesus
This is God’s plan for our lives
We should copy
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Ani haami jaandachhaau, Parameswarlaai prem garne-haru-kaa nimti sabai kuraa milera bhalaai nai utpanna gardachhan - uniharukaa nimti, jo uhaa’kai manasaaya-anusaar bolaaiekaa chhan. 29 Kinabhane jaslaai uhaa’le pahile nai jaannu-bhaeko thiyo, uni-haru-chaahi’ aaphnai putrako rupamaa Dhaaliun bhanera uhaa’le uni-harulaai pahile nai Thaharaaunu pani bhayo, yasaile ki uhaa’-chaahi’ anekaau bhaai-harukaa bicha-maa jeThaa houn.
To love properly we need to look at the love of Christ
We should copy HIS love
Our world has a mistaken idea of love
When people use the word, “Love”
They are talking about a feeling(bhaawvanaa)
They are talking about an experience(anubhab)
They are talking about an emotion(aabvesh)
When they feel happy, or close, or special
When they feel happy, or close, or special
That is not love
Love is an action
Love is something that is done
Nowadays, love is often done wrong
We were given an example
Not a Bollywood movie
Or an ancient traditional story of false Gods(jhutta devataharu)
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
Jasari maile timiharulaai prem gareko chhu, tyasari nai timiharule ek-arkaalaai prem gara, yo mero aagyaa ho.
We were given the perfect example
To learn from
Jesus Christ
“As Christ also hath loved us...”
It is easier to learn with an example
How did Jesus love?
He loved his enemies
He was a giver
He spoke the truth
He met needs
Follow the example of Jesus
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
Kinaki yasaikaa nimti timi-haru bolaaiekaa pani haau; Kinabhane timi-haru uhaa’kai paailaa-harukaa pachhi-pachhi hi’da bhanera nai haamraa laagi euTaa namunaa chhoDdai KhrishTle haamraa nimti dukha bhognu-bhayo.
Sacrificial Love(baliko prem)
Sacrificial Love(baliko prem)
...“balidaanko rup-maa aaphailaai haamraa nimti Parameswarkahaa’ arpan garnu-bhayo.”
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Tara Parameswarle haami-tarpha aaphno prem yasaimaa prakaT garnuhunchha - haami paapi hu’daa-hu’dai KhrishT haamraa nimti marnubhayo.
God’s love was not in word only
He showed us his love
By giving he showed us his love
By giving of himself
By his pain
By his loss(haani, kshati, noksaan)
Jesus’ love was a sacrificial(baliko) love
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Aaphnaa saathi-harukaa nimti aaphno praan arpan garidinubhandaa Thulo prem aru kasaiko hu’daina.
We talked about giving(tithe, offerings)
But we should give like Jesus
Do you?
With sacrificial love?
Do you love like Jesus?
He gave sacrificially
We often love and give from our excess.
I have some extra
I will give
This is not sacrifice
“balidaanko rup-maa aaphailaai haamraa nimti Parameswarkahaa’ arpan garnu-bhayo.”
--------------------------------------------------
When we love like this,
Constantly, like Jesus, sacrificially
It pleases the Lord
Like a sweet smell!
