Good afternoon,
This is the weekly message from Shepherd of the Valley.
First – thanks to all of you, who are in prayer for the Rayson family.
They are well supported by God, as He has listened to your prayers, and given Mike and Amy strength and peace beyond what we can imagine!
I will share more of this, on Sunday, as well as a few other extraordinary blessings.
I would hope, that we would all gather this weekend, and next, to celebrate two incredible days in the church year.
Next Sunday is Pentecost, the day accounted as the birth of the New Testament church.
This week though – we celebrate the Ascension – the day when Jesus, 40 days after the Resurrection, left earth – to reign at the right hand of the Father.
It is a day of great hope – a day where we are assured that He will return – for us.
That He has prepared for us, a life beyond our comprehension…full of joy, full of peace, full of fellowship – with God, and all the saints…
Please, do whatever you can, to make these days – I promise – they will lift your spirit, and strengthen your faith…and assure you – of God’s love and presence in our lives.
God Bless…
