II. Take in the Lord’s Throne Room

A. Lord - High and exalted (lifted up, lofty), seated on a throne
B. His train filled the temple
C. Seraphim with 6 wings
2 they covered their faces
2 they covered their feet
2 they flew
They kept calling to each other saying
Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.

D. Their voices caused the doorposts and thresholds to shake
E. The temple was full of smoke

III. Isaiah responds to the sight

A. Says.... Woe to me! I am ruined, I am a man of unclean lips and I live among a people with unclean lips
and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty
B. One of the seraphim flew to him with a live coal taken from the altar
Incense? burnt offerings? which altar?
C. With the coal he touched Isaiah’s lips and said… your guilt is taken away and your sin is atoned for

A. Whom shall I send? And who will go for us? (plural!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
B. Isaiah responds, Here am I! Send me!

A. Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?
B. An Educational goal is met
1. HS
2. College
C. Where will you go?
1. College?
2. Grad School?
3. Work?
D. No matter where you go -you bring Jesus with you
1. The things you have learned about God while you were growing up you now bring with you wherever you go
2. You must continue to nurture your faith
a. Read your Bible
b. Continue to pray
c. You must seek out fellowship with like minded believers
3. You must seek out fellowship with like minded believers
3. You may not be the most popular person on campus or on the job, but YOU are God’s representative wherever you go
a. What you say, what you do, what you think reflects on the Savior you love
b. Bear His name proudly
c. Represent Him well
d. Honor and glorify Him with your life
e. Make yourself available for God’s plans with your life (Let God be in charge)
f. Speak out for God and His purposes and plans - You are His representative
you may be the only representative of Jesus someone ever sees. Will what they see accurately represent the Savior?
Make a Choice
Answer His call on your life.... He has a plan for you and your life.
Will you follow your plan or God’s plan for your life.
Life will go much better for you if you follow God’s plan.
