Three Pillars for Funding the Family Life Center
Three Pillars for Funding the Family Life Center
3 And they received of Moses all the offering, which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, to make it withal. And they brought yet unto him free offerings every morning. 4 And all the wise men, that wrought all the work of the sanctuary, came every man from his work which they made; 5 And they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work, which the Lord commanded to make. 6 And Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing.
ex 36:3-
In this text we see the funding for the tabernacle.
We see they:
Set aside the Lord’s day -
2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
They gave to the Lord an offering:
4 And Moses spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the Lord commanded, saying, 5 Take ye from among you an offering unto the Lord: whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the Lord; gold, and silver, and brass,
4 And Moses spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the Lord commanded, saying,
21 Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest. 22 And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year’s end.
21 And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the Lord’s offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments. 22 And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing hearted, and brought bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and tablets, all jewels of gold: and every man that offered offered an offering of gold unto the Lord.

10 And every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the Lord hath commanded; 11 The tabernacle, his tent, and his covering, his taches, and his boards, his bars, his pillars, and his sockets, 12 The ark, and the staves thereof, with the mercy seat, and the vail of the covering, 13 The table, and his staves, and all his vessels, and the shewbread, 14 The candlestick also for the light, and his furniture, and his lamps, with the oil for the light,

The work of constructing the tabernacle was completed by God’s people
They were obedient

It is our duty to help pay for a building we will use and minister in:
First of all we must all tithe:
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise With healing in his wings; And ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: And the Lord hearkened, and heard it, And a book of remembrance was written before him For them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be meat in mine house, And prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, If I will not open you the windows of heaven, And pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
mal 3.1
Look pour out a blessing - maybe the blessing is all tithe and God will maliciously provide the rest.
The tithe will provide for the administration and operastion of the church
The tithe should nver go to missions or debt reduction/family Life center
The tithe is just the start - offerings go to Missions and Family Life Center
Challenge you to consider giving each week something above your tithe to:
Debt reduction/Family Life center
Missions
We can not expect God to provide from outside Sources if the very people that will be using the building will not Give to the cause.
We must all get out of the kart and pull the kart
By tithing and giving
The current debt will be paid off
New Cost will be raised.

1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye. 2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come. 3 And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.
There is a president for accepting financial gifts from outside the local church to help the work of God.
Paul accepted help for the poor in Jerusalem and to meet his needs
Missionaries are often funded by outside help - many are individuals and business owners
WCBC - Oldham Little Church Foundation
Lasko- foundation
One autonomous individual - 80K
We will put feet our prayers and get the word out about our project and its needs.

III The Pillar of Prayer
III The Pillar of Prayer
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
We must seek God and pray
