Intro -
Fear, paranoia, intimidation, and phobias are some of the most debilitating issues of a human heart. Fear can cause isolation and fits of panic that can lead to violence. Fear can keep a person from living life altogether. It keeps people from living to their full potential and experiencing success. People who live with fear, worry, and anxiety also live with great regret, wishing they had the courage and boldness to do the things God wants them to do. Fear can keep a person from believing God for healing and restoration. When Jesus healed the sick, He told them that it was their faith that made them whole (). Fearful people live in constant doubt and faithlessness. The Bible says that what does not come from faith is sin (). So we definitely want to break the power of fear over our lives so that we can walk in faith and experience godly success.

IT TELLS US 4 TIMES IN 1 CHAPTER “BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE”
What is fear? A feeling of dread. Be courageous
For The People’s Sake
Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
For your sake
Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
For Gods Sake
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
For Your Enemies Sake
Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
— every man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed. -
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Question your fears
Question your fears and feelings. Why do I feel the way I do?
perfect love casts out all fear.
Focus on the promise not the problem.
Overexposure to the truth -
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
