Spiritual Gifts and Personality

Just as God Made man and woman different that he might make us one. So to He has created different members of the Body of Christ different so that He might make us one. He doesn’t give any man all of the gifts so that he can be a spiritual superman. He created me with certain gifts that you need, and he has given you certain gifts that I need. He gave us lack so that he might give us unity. You cannot do it without me, and I cannot do it without you. So we become one that we might give glory to the ONE Jesus Christ. Whoever said that can be a Christian without the church doesn’t understand god’s plan for the ministry and God’s plan for the family.

7 But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 8 Therefore it says,

“When he ascended on high he led a host of captives,

and he gave gifts to men.”

The Reson we are doing a personality profile is because if we are going to do ministry together, going to share life together, if we are going to continue together, we have to learn how to speak each others language and that lies in the realm of personality. Sometimes the problems that we have with one another is not so much sin issues, most of the times it is personality differences.

So we need to not only understand ourselves better, but seek to understand one another better.
