Praise Never Ending
Praise Never Ending
1 Hallelujah! Praise God in His sanctuary. Praise Him in His mighty heavens. 2 Praise Him for His powerful acts; praise Him for His abundant greatness. 3 Praise Him with trumpet blast; praise Him with harp and lyre. 4 Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with flute and strings. 5 Praise Him with resounding cymbals; praise Him with clashing cymbals. 6 Let everything that breathes praise the Lord. Hallelujah!
A. How does this praise thing work
Where do I praise God?
Everywhere V.1
Why do I praise God?
For what He has done and who He is V. 2
Why do I praise God?
How do I praise God?
With music, and instruments V. 3-6
B. What can I do to show praise
The Lord is worthy of all my respect
15 Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.
I will rejoice always in the Lord
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
It is not about what I receive but what I give that matters
2 Corinthians 6
9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.
The Wrap Up: We are to rejoice always no matter the circumstances and remember God is in control! Praise Him and not what we get from Him!
