Jesus the ILLEST
Today we are going to continue in this series called Battlegrounds and last time we met we spoke about the importance of us knowing our enemy, and when we know our enemy, how he attacks this will help us defend ourselves.
We also spoke on the importance of training to be able to overcome the enemy.
We said that we need to be trained through prayer, through the word, to be able to overcome.
Today we will continue talking about spiritual warfare but we will focus not on knowing our enemy but in knowing him.
Today we will focus on our Good Sheppard and how our Sheppard protects us and how we need to depend on him to overcome the evil one.
(Illustration story) (JESUS OUR SHEPPARD WAS THE ILLEST BECAUSE A SHEPPARD TAKES CARE OF THE SHEEP, AND THE SHEEP NEED TO DEPEND ON THE SHEPPARD, SO WHEN THEY ARE ATTACKED THEY CAN BE PROTECTED.
JESUS PROTECTS US IN THIS WAY THAT HE GAVE US THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR WHEN THE ENEMY COMES YOU CAN DEPEND ON HIS SPIRIT TO OVERCOME…
