The Sadducees enter the situation with a prior bias.

They know neither the scriptures nor the power of God.

Like Angels in Heaven?

He’s not a God of the dead but of the living.

Those who are in Christ never truly die.

II. The Great Commandment

One of these scribes is acknowledging that Jesus has responded perfectly.

This Man has good motives. Jesus can see the Heart
