a. How are we all held accountable?
Ro 14:7-8
Romans 14:7–8 ESV
7 For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. 8 For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.

12 So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

i. because we r saved by Christ through faith, we r 2 lead a life of gratitude that we have been given eternal life
ii. & of obedience to the standards by which Christ lived.

James 3:1 ESV
1 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.
1. As leaders sometimes we have a tendency to think we r exceptions to the rule
2. Or, we think we are held 2 a higher standard.
i. In truth, we are held to the same standard higher.
ii. We must b aware that w/our great influence comes great responsibility
