Welcome

Well good morning, Forest Glen! Good to be with you all again. My name is Dan Osborn and I serve as one of the pastors at Park. Nice to see everyone together this morning!
We’re conitnuing our series this morning in the book of Judges called ‘When God is NOT King’. Of coures we know that God is ALWAYS King, but the book of Judges as all about showing us what the world looks like when people don’t ACKNOWLEDGE HIM as the King; when they don’t see him as IN CHARGE. And even though the book was written some 3,000 years ago, I think one of the things we have to see is that OUR CULTURE today is actually a whole lot more like the time period of the Judges than we might think!
“In those days there was no King in Israel and everyone did what was right in his own eyes.”
