Theme: The meaning and purpose of the first seven plagues of Egypt. God is using the plagues to teach Pharaoh and Egypt who He is and to reveal their sins, so that He can heal and liberate His people. God can't show us how He is the Loving Redeemer unless he shows us how He is the Compassionate Creator first. Because we simply won't understand how He moves Heaven and Earth to reach us.
