“It’s Time for a Paradigm Shift”
Well Webster has some Definitions of Paradigm
o A World View, underlying the Theories and Methodology of a Particular Subject.
o A Typical Example or Pattern of Something or Someone.
o There is Another Linguistic Definition, that’s not really applicable.
Your Paradigm is this:
It’s How you View, Respond to, and Function In, the World Around
You.
It’s How you View the World Around You, which Governs How you Respond to the World Around You, and How you Function In, the World Around You.
It starts with, the way that You View Yourself, and the way that you View Your Life, in the world around you.
So Then, as Leaders, serving in Ministry, we must have a “Kingdom-Minded Paradigm.”
Well why is that Overseer ?
Your Paradigm effects Several Things:
· Your Priority System
· Your Response System
· Your Recapitulation System
· Your Spiritual Integrity
Priority System
Now the Reason that Your Priority System is important,
Is because Your Priority System, Determines who or what,
You will be Loyal to, at any given Time.
Loyalty is Governed by One’s Priority System.
Three Types of Priority Systems
Kingdom Priorities (Heart) Life’s Priorities (Mind ) World’s Priorities (Flesh)
God Work Recreation
Family Family Work
Health Ministry Family
Ministry God Health
Work Recreation Ministry
Recreation Health God
One of these Priority Systems will become your Core Values, and the others
will become Secondary.
Kingdom Priorities ~ God’s System ~ (How do we know this?)
Qualifications of a Bishop
King James Version (KJV)
2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
Kingdom Priorities ~ God’s System
Default System
Your “Default System”,
has to always be “Kingdom Priorities”.
*Whatever, or Whoever, You are Loyal to at any given Time, will always be Determined by which set of Priorities you are operating in at that Time,
and Your Paradigm, will determine which set of Priorities, you will adopt as your
Core Values, or your “Default System”.
In order to go where God is taking Us, we must Continually Default to Kingdom Priorities, and that requires a Change, from the Inside, Out.
It requires a Shifting in Paradigm.

6 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats:
7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
Thinketh ~ heb.
~ Sr ~ Sha-adrr ~ to keep account of.
To Formulate.
Qatel ~ Suffixed Conjugation ~ The Perspective of viewing the action of the verb as complete.
Heart ~ nepes ~ neh-phesh ~ the inner self, the seat of emotions and thoughts.
The Soul.
So let’s put all of this together.
What does all of this mean ?
Here it is, Here it is, Get this.
When ever you are dealing with anyone, they already have a formulated, complete life perspective, that is embedded in the seat of their thoughts and emotions.
No Matter who you are dealing with,
or When, or Where, or How,
You can not escape their Paradigm.
Paul said this:
12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
