I got a lot of trophies when I was younger. I got some in baseball. In youth group, I got one for best attitude. When I was 16, I won second-place at a songwriting competition. You may have some trophies lying around from when you were younger. They remind you that you were good at a certain sport, at playing an instrument, or another activity.
Paul shows us his trophy collection in . He shows us what he was good at. But then he puts them in a box and throws them away because he counts all of his victories and achievements as a BIG FAT LOSS compared to gaining Christ.

But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
Philippians 3:1-
The opening word translated finally is translated elsewhere as the rest or others. It signals that he is moving on to other matters. It does not mean this is the last thing he has to say.

Choosing to go on the offensive by rejoicing in the midst of hardship is the single greatest defense from the things that make us turn away from God.
