Here the Apostle Paul reveals that there are a diversity of “callings” or ministries in the Church. Everyone is not called to the same ministry. However, everyone (particularly Spirit-filled believers) is called to some ministry, from the least () to the greatest (). Moreover, all of God’s gifts/callings are permanent (; ).

We must wait on the gift before we can fulfill the ministry ().
“Don’t be in such a hurry to put labels on yourself. Receive the sample (contents) and then put the label on afterwards.”
By Working
By Working
“The Lord doesn’t ask for your ability, only your availability; if you prove your dependability, He will increase your capability!”
Most people never fulfill or even discover their calling because they are unfaithful ().
