Everyday you are choosing to be someone He will choose to bless or working on getting the BOOM.
Pharaoh was such a person. He really worked on being whooped.
Pharaoh walked 10 feet tall and believed he was bullet proof. The rules do not apply to me. Reality will comport with my expectations, my demands and my comfort.
We see that in modern America. This is not a slam on the younger generation because they have been fed on a steady diet of do as you please, following your feelings and blame society when you don’t feel good. So they have a simple
SYLLOGISM taught to them from the moment they are born. The results, data and responsibility never get examined and the consequences never connected to behavior.
Everybody says they want to be free. But how many people use perceived problems, other’s failure, fault finding with those bringing the message.
I literally had a post about how a middle school girl had been sexually assaulted, testified to, and reported. A lady attacked everything thing, even the girl, etc… all because the reporting agency was conservative. I’m thinking, if my daughter was assaulted and a liberal or non-Christian office of the law stepped in to stop the attacker and protect my daughter, I don’t care what that person thinks about other issues, I don’t simply want to feel good or angry regardless of outcomes.

Key points:
Millennials are much more likely to flourish financially if they follow the “success sequence”—getting at least a high school degree, working full-time, and marrying before having any children, in that order.While 55 percent of 28- to 34-year-old millennial parents had their first child before marriage, the vast majority of millennials who married before having any children are now steering clear of poverty and appear to be headed toward realizing the American dream. Additionally, 95 percent of millennials who married first are not poor, compared to 72 percent who had children first.Even millennials from low-income families are more likely to flourish if they married before having children: 71 percent who married before having children made it into the middle or higher end of the income distribution by the time they are age 28–34. By comparison, only 41 percent of millennials from lower-income families who had children first made it into the middle or higher end of the distribution when they reached ages 28–34.
I. GOD’S GRACIOUS PATTERN OF DISCIPLINE:
A. The Lord reveals 3 sets of 3 plagues before the 10th plague.
He gives opportunity each time for Pharaoh and others to repent.
The first plague in each group is introduced to Pharoah by Moses.
It happens first thing in the morning by the Nile.
15 “Go to Pharaoh in the morning as he is going out to the water, and station yourself to meet him on the bank of the Nile; and you shall take in your hand the staff that was turned into a serpent.
20 Now the Lord said to Moses, “Rise early in the morning and present yourself before Pharaoh, as he comes out to the water, and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
Exodus 8:
13 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Rise up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
Exodus
2. People ask, “when should I talk with God?”
35 In the early morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place, and was praying there.
It is better to ask the Lord to GUIDE your day than to BLESS the mess you made.
This is the principle of delayed gratification. Do the hard things to enjoy good things later. Do it God’s way the first time than live 1000 mistakes that impact you a life time.
Millennial success pattern. You can argue all you want, but you will not change the laws God creates.
b. The second warning happens as Pharaoh is doing life during the day.
1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
exodus
1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and speak to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
Exodus
1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I may perform these signs of Mine among them,
Exodus
c. The Last plague in each group comes without warning.
16 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Say to Aaron, ‘Stretch out your staff and strike the dust of the earth, that it may become gnats through all the land of Egypt.’ ”
Exodus
8 Then the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Take for yourselves handfuls of soot from a kiln, and let Moses throw it toward the sky in the sight of Pharaoh.
Exodus
Exodus
24 Then Pharaoh called to Moses, and said, “Go, serve the Lord; only let your flocks and your herds be detained. Even your little ones may go with you.”
B. Pharaoh constantly delayed responding to the Lord.
II. THE WISE PLAN OF LIFE. Recognize there is no other God to rely on.
A. LEARN TO PRAY NOT SO GOD HEARS YOU, BUT THAT YOU LEARN TO HEAR GOD.
11 Teach me Your way, O Lord;
I will walk in Your truth;
Unite my heart to fear Your name.
12 I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart,
And will glorify Your name forever.
b. Follow God’s Guidance.
5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
For You are the God of my salvation;
For You I wait all the day.
c. Get out of “THE BOOM”. Don’t join in with the crowd.
20 The one among the servants of Pharaoh who feared the word of the Lord made his servants and his livestock flee into the houses;
21 but he who paid no regard to the word of the Lord left his servants and his livestock in the field.

Judgment and the Love of God
Judgment and the Love of God

The time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God… —
The time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God… —
The Christian servant must never forget that salvation is God’s idea, not man’s; therefore, it has an unfathomable depth. Salvation is the great thought of God, not an experience. Experience is simply the door through which salvation comes into the conscious level of our life so that we are aware of what has taken place on a much deeper level. Never preach the experience— preach the great thought of God behind the experience. When we preach, we are not simply proclaiming how people can be saved from hell and be made moral and pure; we are conveying good news about God.
In the teachings of Jesus Christ the element of judgment is always brought out— it is the sign of the love of God. Never sympathize with someone who finds it difficult to get to God; God is not to blame. It is not for us to figure out the reason for the difficulty, but only to present the truth of God so that the Spirit of God will reveal what is wrong. The greatest test of the quality of our preaching is whether or not it brings everyone to judgment. When the truth is preached, the Spirit of God brings each person face to face with God Himself.
If Jesus ever commanded us to do something that He was unable to equip us to accomplish, He would be a liar. And if we make our own inability a stumbling block or an excuse not to be obedient, it means that we are telling God that there is something which He has not yet taken into account. Every element of our own self-reliance must be put to death by the power of God. The moment we recognize our complete weakness and our dependence upon Him will be the very moment that the Spirit of God will exhibit His power.
