THE PRAYING SAVIOR
Vemos que la oracion es la fundacion de la vida del Cristiano. Nosotros necesitamos tener el actitud de orar cada dia.
45. THE PRAYING SAVIOUR ()
“Always pray and not to faint.” This means to be in an attitude of prayer day by day

A. Jesus prays that all Christians be ONE—
B. Jesus teaches us how to pray—
C. Jesus tells us to pray for workers (ministers)—
Now look at the example which Jesus sets for us in praying
I. SECLUDED PRAYING—
(He prayed in secret, and taught us to pray in secret—)
A. The need for secret prayer—for strength and power
B. The power of secret prayer—power with God and with man
C. The hindrance of secret praying—sin, or being too busy
AS WE TAKE TIME TO PRAY IN SECRET, WE WILL SPEND TIME IN WAITING BEFORE GOD—
II. SINCERE PRAYING—
(No form, rites, or habit, but sincere prayer from the heart)
A. He prayed for the disciples—
B. He prayed for the needy—the sick, discouraged, and sinners
(As Christians, we need to have this same desire)
C. He prayed for His enemies—on the cross
D. He is now praying for us—
GOD HEARS AND ANSWERS PRAYER FROM THE HEART
III. SUBMISSIVE PRAYING—
(Though Jesus was equal with God, He was willing to do what God had planned! He prayed, “Not my will, but thine be done”)
A. This praying will cause Christ to be first—
(First in plans, life, desires, and in all that we do)
B. This praying will cause us to remember Christ—,
(God’s will and way will be our will and way—then He will direct and guide us)
C. This praying will cause us to love God—,
(No one truly loves God, who is not surrendered unto Him)
IN THESE THREE BIBLE VERSES LIE THE SECRET OF THE SUCCESSFUL CHRISTIAN LIFE
IV. STEADFAST PRAYING—
(Notice that Jesus went often to this Garden to pray. Sometimes He prayed all night—He prayed while the disciples slept)
A. This praying gave Him wisdom
B. This praying gave Him strength
C. This praying gave Him communion
D. This praying gave Him power
YOU MAY HAVE THE SAME, IF YOU TAKE TIME TO PRAY
Jesus, the Son of God took time to pray. If He, who was perfect had to pray, then how much more do we need to pray. SET A TIME IN EVERY DAY WHEN YOU TAKE SOME TIME ALONE TO PRAY! It will change your life! A praying person never backslides
