8:28 All Things are Working for Your Good
Is it hard to see the Good in All things that happen in our lives?
What are some things that happen in our lives?
How do we overcome? What are the steps to take?
Working: In order for it to work it has to require something to do the work.
: In order for it to work it has to require something to do the work.
God made a promise that All things are Working for Who? You!! And its working for your Good. What does that mean?? Study what he is saying. You have to know the Nature of God and how he operates in our lives. He is constantly trying to grow up and get us to a higher level of understanding. In order to do that you must go through series of processes and then the testing begin to see what you have learned.
Your Attitude will determine the Altitude of your growth. How you react to situations in your life will show mature you have grown in Spirit.
Look back before you became a believer and notice how you dealt with situations. What were some of your Actions and Responses? Did you come off as positive or negative?
Paul is teaching that you can’t focus on the physical when God has made you a Kingdom promise. Its easy to get caught up with whats going on in the natural and looses sight of your eternal which operates in the supernatural.
2 Kings 5
The healing of Naaman, the Leper is not just a story of the healing of a man from one of the most dreaded diseases of ancient times, but it is a story of salvation, one which illustrates the spiritual salvation man finds only in Jesus Christ and how men come to find that salvation in Christ.
In Naaman’s healing there are a variety of people who play different parts; some good and vital to the salvation and healing of Naaman and others not so good. All illustrate the various good and evil persuasions of people that either aid or hinder bringing men to Christ.
As we step into this scene, we leave the land of Israel, a nation that was to be a light to the Gentiles and a nation of priests. We step into Syria to the north, a heathen (pagan) nation surrounded in darkness, a place of idolatry and heathen blindness.
The Leprosy was a affliction to show God mighty to get the mighty man of valor to stoop and humble himself before God

who led you through the great and terrifying wilderness, with its fiery serpents and scorpions and thirsty ground where there was no water, who brought you water out of the flinty rock, who fed you in the wilderness with manna that your fathers did not know, that he might humble you and test you, to do you good in the end.

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,
