We all like the idea of unity in our church, but is it really possible? With all our different personal preferences, backgrounds, personalities is it really possible to be like minded and one in spirit and purpose? Philippians 2 tells us that unity is possible in our church and that unity comes from living in a manner worthy of the gospel - being like-minded and being lowly-minded. Philippians 2 practically shows how we can be one by spelling out the attitudes we are to take on board to be able to live it out and leaves us with the ultimate example of what humility looks like in Jesus.
