B. Getting Practical: How can we observe the sabbath?
a. no school work
1. Get homework done the fri & sat b4!
2. no sports practice, games, etc
b. unplug
1. set the day aside w/out internet, facebook, instagram, snap-chat, etc.
i. this stuff isn’t sinful, but it does distract from God and eats up all our time.
2. spend some time w/family
c. listen to Jesus focused music
1. not saying secular music is wrong, just saying devote ur music listening time to music that focuses us on God
2. This does NOT mean clean music, or music that has a good message!
i. I mean music that is not only honoring to God, but focuses Him as the central theme
d. read the bible (even just 5min)

i. spend time all day thinking about it
