God provides for the needs of all creation

He provides for the earth

Psalm 65:9–13 LEB
You care for the land and water it; you greatly enrich it. The stream of God is filled with waters. You provide their grain, for so you have established it. You drench its furrows, penetrating its ridges. With rains you soften it; its growth you bless. You crown the year with your bounty, and your wagon paths drip with richness. They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, and the hills gird themselves with joy. The pasturelands put on flocks, and the valleys clothe themselves with grain. They shout in triumph; they even sing.

Implications of God’s providential care

Freedom from worry

Matthew 6:31–33 LEB
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?,’ for the pagans seek after all these things. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first his kingdom and righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Generosity

Luke 6:38 LEB
Give, and it will be given to you, a good measure—pressed down, shaken, overflowing—they will pour out into your lap. For with the measure by which you measure out, it will be measured out to you in return.”
