Things that are beautiful!!
Here are 10 things to do, see, notice and feel — that tell you life is beautiful.
1) Waking up in the morning — you are here, you are alive, you have this day.
2) The face of someone you love — there is nothing better.
3) Having something to do — having purpose every day makes life meaningful.
4) Nature — sunshine, moonshine, flowers, a gentle breeze, trees, animals.
5) Music — it lifts your soul.
6) Hugs — hugging someone increases your feel good chemicals.
7) Exercise — moving your body makes it happy.
8) Kindness — taking a moment to do one small thing for someone else.
9) Taking a stand — stand up for something you believe in and use your voice.
10) Love — loving a person, job, book, hobby, animal, film — fill yourself up with your passions.
A physical or spiritual quality which brings pleasure to those who behold it. Scripture stresses the beauty of God himself and his creation, while noting that the beauty of the creation can lead away from God or become idolised

15 And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How BEAUTIFUL are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”

“who bring GOOD news”
The scripture uses the word Good news which also means “gospel”
The uniqueness about the gospel is that, it is news.
News by nature is meant to inform and most the news/information we typically receive is not good.
Yet the Great thing about the gospel is that the news we receive is GOOD!
But what is so good about it?
Commentary
“ Basically, the pattern is this: in the previous passage, Paul has been saying that the way to God is not the way of works and of legalism but of faith and trust. The objection is: but what if the Jews never heard of that? It is with that objection that Paul deals; and, as he deals with it in its various forms, on each occasion he clinches his answer with a text from Scripture.” Barclay
Basically, the pattern is this: in the previous passage, Paul has been saying that the way to God is not the way of works and of legalism but of faith and trust. The objection is: but what if the Jews never heard of that? It is with that objection that Paul deals; and, as he deals with it in its various forms, on each occasion he clinches his answer with a text from Scripture.
“For thousands of years sincere people labored futilely to live up to the perfect requirements of the Old Covenant Law! The Law of Moses became the agreement around which man would relate to God; thus began enmity between God and man: God’s wisdom versus man’s logic, trusting God’s love or trusting our own fears!
This entire attempt to “do right” was the basis of the covenant/contract God made with the children of Israel through Moses. It constituted the terms of the arrangement. Because it was impossible for anyone to live up to the terms of this arrangement it is a covenant of condemnation. As the apostle Paul said, it didn’t have the ability to make you righteous; it only had the ability to make you aware of your shortcomings! “() Dr. Jim Richards
a. You see one of the reasons that the good news is so good is we don’t have to perform perfectly to obtain the gospel.
You don’t have to wrestle or fight for salvation
You don’t have to try to earn it by your intellect, education or your efforts.
Its good because it is FREE! Freely given but also free from our misconceptions, our insatiable desire to always be right. Free from the wanting to make things right.
It didn’t cost us a thing!
Other religions may have their ways of earning favor/salvation but the Gospel is free.

b. Another reason why the good news is so good is because its for EVERYONE!
Its not exclusive its inclusive of ALL mankind, All those who call on him.
Not our social status, not our race, not culture, or economic status, young or old, black or white, republican or democrat - its for everyone.

I have asked some people from our church to share a few words or a slideshow on the missions trip, they have gone on to show us how we have been able to share the good news outside of just Fort Worth.

“How BEAUTIFUL are the feet of messengers”
This part of the scripture refers to the messengers or preacher.
verse 13,14 Help us understand that the gospel is for everyone but then there is a process so everyone can hear it.
then verse 15 help explain and emphasis on the importance of the messenger but of all things it decides to focus on the Beauty of the Feet.
Typically FEET are not considered beautiful but in this case they are beautiful not because of how they look or even how they been treated , they are beautiful because they are what takes us to the people who need to hear the good news
FEET are considered to be Foundational and Directional.
They help us move and get to our destination so we can share the Good news.

are the feet of the messenger who brings good news,
the good news of peace and salvation,
the news that the God of Israel reigns!

As he looks, he says, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” They are coming bearing the white flag, servants of the great King with whom you have been at war. They bear the banner that speaks of peace with God.

15 Look! A messenger is coming over the mountains with good news!
He is bringing a message of peace.
Celebrate your festivals, O people of Judah,
and fulfill all your vows,
for your wicked enemies will never invade your land again.
They will be completely destroyed!

We can our feet in many ways, in other words we can go in many ways.
Lets give or fund missions where and however we can.
Lets pray that God would bless and use those Men and Women of God that are going
Lets pray that God would continue to send workers to work in the fields or other countries
Lets go wherever God sends us, Lets tell those he ask us to, lets serve a greater cause than ourselves.

We have been blessed to have something that is Good - a very Good message the Gospel but have also been given the honor to have something Beautiful and that is our Feet, it makes us Beautiful because its our feet that allow us to be Messengers.
