What have you done to prepare your lives to point others to Christ? John was the in-between of the Old Testament covenant and the new covenant of Christ. He was prepared and he knew the scripture. He knew who Jesus was. John specifically answered them, "I am not the messiah". How prepared are we to share the gospel if the opportunity arises? How can we live this next week, that will prepare the hearts of people with whom we interact, so that the Holy Spirit can transform their lives?
