The health of your relationships with others will only be as healthy as your relationship is with Jesus.Practical:You don’t connect with spouse cause you’re not happy with yourself...only as healthy as your relationship is with Jesus.Not really an introvert but because of your shame you keep to yourself...only as healthy as your relationship is with Jesus.Unhealthy perspective.

“Nobody likes me, everybody hates me I guess I’ll go eat worms!”...only as healthy as your relationship is with Jesus.There is nothing more impt than my family.

It doesn’t matter how much I tell that I love them or try to show them.

No matter how much I love them, if I’m wounded...Hurt people hurt people.

I wonder how much church hurt comes from people and not the pulpit.

People don’t speak.

People are rude.

Nasty attitudes.Theological Jesus said:

I’ve Got a Lifeline

Sometimes you need to be saved from your own voice!!!

The problem is when we don’t have The Right Voices around.4

Catastrophizing—This is the mind’s “what if” game.

issue as lying outside of you, you give your power away to effect change.Rehashing—This is when our thoughts reflect on past circumstances, going over them again and again, often in an effort to figure something out.Rehearsing—This is the mind practicing some future event, playing through, again and again, the possible ways it may unfold.

Healthy food taste better than crap but you have to reset your taste buds!

He hated vegtables, fruit, potatoes, etc. That’s not a balanced meal.

It’d drive my wife crazy b/c she knew that he wasn’t getting all the nutrition.

To refuse fellowship is to refuse God’s best for you.

You’re refusing the nutrients.
