Lamentations 3:21–26 KJV 1900
This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.

Remembering that God is Faithful invokes Hope!

To remember you must read and think about God and His word.

Joshua 1:8 KJV 1900
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

We have hope because we remember.

Lamentations 3:21 KJV 1900
This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.

Because we remember God comforts us.

Lamentations 3:22–23 KJV 1900
It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Because we remember, dependence on God is second nature.

Lamentations 3:24 KJV 1900
The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

When remembering becomes second nature, we can get all that God promised because He is faithful to them that remembers.

Lamentations 3:25 KJV 1900
The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

When remembering is not an issue anymore, we will keep our faith in God and wait on Him to provide.

Lamentations 3:26 KJV 1900
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.

There is nothing that can defeat that one that remembers that God is Faithful.

Romans 8:28–32 KJV 1900
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

God’s Faithfulness is Greater than Great.
