Some people will have you believe that the Christian faith is nothing more than a pie in the sky belief that we succumb to when we suffer or face difficult trials...I would posit that such faith is not logically invalidated because it sustains us in hardship.
Yet, I would also add that Christian faith is especially validated when we maintain our commitment to Christ after the crisis passes.
Whether life is going as planned or the journey is more difficult than you hoped, these questions remain: Do you find God to be enough? Is His grace still sufficient? Is your faith continuing to grow through it all?
In plenty or in want, is it still well with your soul?
