I’ve never found God to let me down!
I said I never found God to let me down!
I’ve never found God to be a liar
Has anybody been seeking the baptism in the Holy Ghost?
Is anybody desiring a closer walk with Jesus?
I am convinced there are young men and women who are desiring to be closer to the Lord;
But because of the circumstances that surround you in this world;
because of the result of sin;
not necessarily your sin; but the sin that entered the world through Adam and Eve
We see things and things happen that cause us to question why?
or how could God allow these things to go on?
But I am convinced through the word of God and my own personal experience
That God is a God that has not, that will not, and that cannot fail.
I want us to look at this tonight;
I want to preach on the subject:
A God that Has Not, Will Not, and Can Not Fail!
54 And so it was, when Solomon had finished praying all this prayer and supplication to the Lord, that he arose from before the altar of the Lord, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven.
55 Then he stood and blessed all the assembly of Israel with a loud voice, saying:
56 “Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses.
57 May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us,
As long as I have walked with God;
I’ve never found God to let me down!
I said I never found God to let me down!
I’ve never found God to be a liar
Friend; God is a God that cannot fail!!
I am convinced there are young men and women who are desiring to be closer to the Lord;
made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto the LORD,
But because of the circumstances that surround you in this world;
he arose from before the altar of the LORD,
because of the result of sin;
from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven.
not necessarily your sin; but the sin that entered the world through Adam and Eve
We see things and things happen that cause us to question why?
55 And he stood, and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying,
or how could God allow these things to go on?
56 Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised:
But I am convinced through the word of God and my own personal experience
there hath not failed one word of all his good promise,
That God is a God that has not, that will not, and that cannot fail.
I want us to look at this tonight;
which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.
I want to preach on the subject:
57 The LORD our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us:
A God that Cannot Fail
A God that Cannot Fail
vs 56 There hath not failed one word of all his of all his good promise
God has not failed!
God has not failed!
God has never, never, never failed me!!!
King Solomon said that of God,
that not one word of all His promises hath failed.
Let me echo the words of king Solomon tonight,
there has never failed one word of all Gods promises
Some of you need to get a hold of this scripture and bind it around your neck and etch it on the tablet of your heart.
there hath not failed one word of all his good promise,
I have found God to be a God that is faithful,
I have never Known God to fail me,
or to ever let me down.
many of you in here tonight can say, that God has never failed you,
God has never let you down,
I’m here to tell you, there is not one word that God has ever spoken or one promise that He said he would do,
that He has ever failed to complete or fulfill.
It might not have been in your time, it might not have been in my time,
It might not have happened the way you thought it should happen,
It might not have happened the way I thought it should happen,
but nevertheless God always completes and God always fulfills what He said he would do.
Let me say it again,
I serve a God that wont fail,
I serve a God that can’t fail,
I serve a God that is true to his word
I come to tonight to tell you,
no matter what your position is,
no matter how long you been walking with the Lord,
no matter what your friends say
I come to tell those of you that are walking in doubt,
My God has not,
My God will not,
My God can not,
And My God is not going to fail me.
You may think that God has,
But I want you to hear me tonight,
God is not going to fail because;
He is a God; that is Faithful,
God cannot fail simply because of who He is,
9 “Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;
He cannot fail because of who He is,
1. God Is faithful
1. God Is faithful
It’s not about what He can do or what He will do, its about who HE is
He is a “Faithful God”.
5 Your mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
8 O Lord God of hosts, Who is mighty like You, O Lord? Your faithfulness also surrounds You.
9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
1 Corithians 1:9
3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
9 “Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;
90 Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides.
23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Not only can God “not fail” because of who He is But God “can’t fail” because of
2. What He said.
2. What He said.
13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: He cannot deny himself.
You may not believe in this God
You may not embrace this book called the bible,
You may not believe this book to be the infallible word of God
But can I tell you tonight,
He’s still God whether you believe or not,
He’s still going to be true to His word, whether you believe OR NOT,,
God is gonna be true his word.
From the creation of man until this very moment in time;
God has always been faithful to his word.
He said it six times in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
He said in the book of psalms that He has magnified His word above His name.
His word is forever settled in Heaven.
Some of you need to get a hold of this,
you need to understand that if you have to walk through a dark valley
and there seems to be no light of day any where in sight,
and the devil tells you that your God is no where to be found
You need to speak up, even in the middle of the valley and you need to say:
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God cannot fail because of who He is.
God cannot fail because of what He said
If you don’t believe me, you try Him for yourself,
Try God and see!!
that HE will do what He said He’d do
Try Him and you’ll find Him to be a Faithful God
Abraham climb mount miraha,
he laid his son on that altar and drew out his sword,
Abraham believed that God would do what he said,
And when he drew back with his sword;
the angel of the Lord said him,
Abraham Abraham; stay thy hand, do thy son no harm.
Why
Because God is faithful to His word.
He cannot fail because of who He is
God cannot fail because of what He said
And God want fail because of
3. “who I am”….
3. “who I am”….
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
How many of know that there some things we cant do because of who we are???
How many of have “prayed and prayed” until you cant pray no more??
How many have “tried and tried” till you don’t know what else to do??
We are in a warfare tonight,
where the devil is roaming round like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
He knows your weaknesses,
he knows your fralty,
and he knows how to come against you.
But in the middle of the warfare when you can’t go no more,
and when you can’t handle any more bad news,
when you at the end of the road,
Cry out to God,
Call on God
He always shows up,
God always shows up
He is our refuge; a very present help in the time of need
He is our strong tower
God cant fail,
It’s because of “who HE is”
Its Because of “what He said”
Its because of “who we are”
He said If you call upon him, He’ll answer you
God knows our flesh is as dust,
He knows were no match for the devil,
He knows that we cant handle the powers of darkness own our own.
But the Bible says
8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Can I tell this tonight, when the demons of hell are nipping at your hills,
and the devils got your back against the wall,
you “can” quit if you want to,
you “can” through in the towel, if you want to,
But before you do, can I tell you what the bibles says in;
8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed;
we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken;
cast down, but not destroyed;
Paul said Ive been knock to my knees, but I wasn’t knock out,
Paul said Ive been burdened , but I “have not” been over taken.
You may have been knock to your knees
Your back may be against the wall
The demons of hell may be nipping at your hills
You may be burdened,
You may have trouble on every side
You may be perplexed
you may be cast down
but Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
He that is in me is “the Kings of Kings” and the “Lord of Lords”
He is rose of Sharon,
He’ is the bright and morning star,
He’s the beginning and the ending,
He’s the first and the last,
He’ is the sinners savior,
He’s our ever present help in the time of need,
He’s the one that breaks the chains that sets the captives free,
He’s the Holy Ghost fire baptizer,
He’s the one that will help you to obey your parents,
He’s the one that will make a way where there seems to be no way,
He’ll give you peace in the middle of the storm,
I’ve traveled this world far and wide and I’ve meet a lot of people,
but I ain’t never met anybody like Jesus,
He stands in solitude,
He has never left me or forsaken me,
I have been through some terrible storms and so have you
But He has always been by my side;
He can’t fail because of who He is
He can’t fail because of what He said,
He can’t fail because of who we are,
But watched this:
He cannot fail because,
4. all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God…………
4. all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God…………
God knew that He couldn’t fail and that’s why He sent His only begotten Son to die on cross for the sins of the world,……………………………..
Talk about the death and resurrection of Jesus!!!!!!
And the promise of the Holy Ghost!!!!
49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
1. God cannot fail because of who He is
2. God cannot fail because of what He said
3. God cannot fail because of who we are
4. And God cant fail because all have sinned…………………
