His Creation and Law are a Perfect Witness

I. His handy work shows his glory and perfection

I. His handy work shows his glory and perfection
David describes the heavens as a silent, eloquent declaration of God’s greatness. If the heavens are full of wonder, how much more wonderful must their creator be! Not a word is said, but the glorious evidence of his majesty is transmitted continually everywhere and to everyone And Paul Wrote that because of this glorious display we are without excuse.
II. His Glory is like the sun Nothing compare or is out of its reach.
II. His Glory is like the sun Nothing compare or is out of its reach.
David is referring the bride groom as the sun pertaining to his glory. The Hebrew word used here, gibor, most likely describes an athlete who runs a race with strength and vigor. The two analogies—bridegroom and strong man—emphasize the radiance and power of the sun. Which is referring to God Glory
III. The Beauty and Value of God’s Law
David makes a series of statements using different Hebrew terms for the Law or Torah (as recorded in the first five books of the Bible). He describes the law (torah), testimony (eduth), precepts (piqqudim), commandment (mitswah), rules (mishpat), and fear (yir'ah) of Yahweh with positive attributes. The David also describes the effect of the Law to revive, give wisdom, cause rejoicing, and enlighten. Lighten mine eyes.
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

IV. The unknowing sin and the knowing sins
9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever:
The David asks God to forgive the faults he is unable to see in himself, because they are so much a part of his human nature and the society in which he is set. Moses taught that some sins are unconscious or accidental—but they are sins all the same. The David begs God’s help, too, when he has a strong desire to do wrong “ the secret sin and the Presumptuous sin” Presumptuos sin are when we do wrong knowing it and do it anyway.
